- Application Engineer
- Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in the development and test of new software and hardware features of the MultiProbe Atomic Force Prober.
- This position will interface directly with MultiProbe customers for sample measurements, tool installations, tool repairs and AFP user training.
- Frequent domestic and international travel is required for localized customer support.
- Understanding of semiconductor processing and device analysis are a must.
- A background in electrical or materials engineering is preferred.
- Electrical Engineer
- Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Specify, design, develop, test, and integrate new and derivative Analog and Mixed Signal circuits.
- Debugging and troubleshooting of electronic designs using lab test equipment.
- Aide in the product testing and validation of electronic designs.
- Provide complete design documentation including wiring diagrams/schematics, bill of materials, assembly drawings, design changes, test reports, design validation plan and report.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with analog circuit design with strong emphasis with high resolution mixed-signal circuitry such as A/Ds, D/As and Filters, etc.
- Working knowledge of schematic entry and design capture tools.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.
- BSEE is required.
- Desired:
- Experienced in analog and mixed signal design including the use of op-amps, comparators, mixers, demodulators, analog filters, A/D converters, D/A convers, and EMC filtering components.
- Working experience with PWA/PWB and subsystem design techniques for signal integrity and EMC.
- Experience in a rapid development environment. Development speed is crucial. /li>
- Experience developing a product design from concept through manufacturing and field use.
