The Thermal Chuck allows for high-temperature measurements of semiconductor devices most commonly used in the Automotive and Car Safety industries.

FEATURES

Each sample stage configuration is compatible with an optional Guarded Thermal Chuck for heated sample probing at temperatures up to 120°C (depending on technology node). The thermal chuck is able to hold a 5x5mm sample and is stable to +/- 0.05°C
